We are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Supervisor to join a leading client in the finance industry, part of an international group. As an Audit Supervisor, you will oversee audit engagements, ensure compliance with audit standards, and manage a team of auditors. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to clients while guiding and developing junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise audit engagements from planning through to execution, ensuring adherence to international auditing standards (ISA).
• Review financial statements and audit work to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality.
• Manage and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas of risk or improvement.
• Prepare audit reports with clear recommendations and present them to clients and senior management.
• Ensure audit processes are conducted efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
• Monitor updates in auditing standards, regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as taxation and business advisory, to provide clients with a holistic approach to their business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA) required
• 4+ years of experience in audit, with supervisory or management experience
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple audit engagements and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in audit software and MS Office
