Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef at our client's restaurant in Valletta, Malta. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, design menus, manage food preparation, and ensure high-quality culinary experiences for guests.

Applicants must already reside in Malta and have experience with Maltese cuisine.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Menu Planning

  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills

  • Proficiency in Kitchen Operations and Inventory Management

  • A creative and innovative culinary approach

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations

  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus

  • A culinary degree or certification is preferred
