A charming boutique hotel located in Bugibba is expanding its team for the upcoming season. Were looking for friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join a hospitality-driven environment in the following positions:

  • Housekeepers (Full-Time)

  • Breakfast Chef (Part-Time À la Carte)

  • Receptionist (Full-Time)

Available Positions & Responsibilities

Housekeepers 

  • Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas

  • Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure high cleanliness standards

  • Report maintenance issues and ensure a welcoming environment

  • Communicate politely with guests and work efficiently with the team

Fluent English required.

Breakfast Chef (Part-Time À la Carte)

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items to order

  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and cleanliness in the kitchen

  • Assist with stock control and kitchen organization

  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a smooth breakfast service

Receptionist (Full-Time)

  • Greet and check in/out guests in a warm and professional manner

  • Handle bookings, calls, and emails using hotel systems

  • Provide assistance with guest enquiries and offer local recommendations

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen to ensure smooth operations

Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages are a plus.

Requirements (All Roles):

  • Fluency in English is essential (spoken and written)

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

  • Must be residing in or near Bugibba

  • Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude

  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

  • Team-oriented and guest-focused mindset
