We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading lifestyle hotel located in St Julian’s, seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager – Lebanese Cuisine to lead a signature dining concept.

This is a key front-of-house leadership role focused on delivering an authentic, high-quality guest experience while driving operational excellence.

🎯 The Role

You will take full ownership of the Lebanese cuisine outlet, overseeing daily operations, leading the service team, and ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered.

This position requires a confident, hands-on leader with strong commercial awareness and a passion for service excellence.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Ensure service standards, guest experience, and brand consistency
• Manage, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
• Drive guest satisfaction through personalised and attentive service
• Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Bar, and senior management
• Monitor operational costs, staffing levels, and service efficiency

💡 What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor within a restaurant or hotel
• Strong understanding of Lebanese cuisine and dining culture
• Previous experience working in Lebanon or within a Lebanese restaurant
• Confident, hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
