β’ Drive sales performance across corporate, leisure, groups, and events
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and agencies
β’ Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments
β’ Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and commercial agreements
β’ Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams
β’ Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
