Italian/Swedish Retention Team Leader
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Italian/Swedish Retention Team Leader to manage, motivate, and drive the performance of a team of Account Managers within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement call and campaign strategies as directed by the Shift Manager.
- Motivate and guide Account Managers to achieve business targets in line with regulatory requirements.
- Take full responsibility for the overall performance of the Account Management team.
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity across the team.
- Ensure the smooth and accurate execution of daily and monthly objectives.
- Monitor communication between Account Managers and Clients, ensuring appropriate training is provided when required.
Direct Client Communication:
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding the company's trading platform, products, and services.
- Offer technical assistance, including support with deposits and withdrawals.
- Maintain a positive client experience and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Meet or exceed the company's strategic objectives within the scope of the relevant license(s).
- Work with specialized CRM and client service software, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Attend ongoing training and development sessions related to client services.
- Report any suspicious client behavior or transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer.
Requirements, Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven people management and leadership abilities.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role or within a relevant industry.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure within a target-oriented setting.
- Capable of working both independently and within a team.
- Fluent in Italian or Swedish.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to successfully complete any required local regulatory certification.
