Italian/Swedish Retention Team Leader

 Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Italian/Swedish Retention Team Leader to manage, motivate, and drive the performance of a team of Account Managers within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement call and campaign strategies as directed by the Shift Manager.
  • Motivate and guide Account Managers to achieve business targets in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Take full responsibility for the overall performance of the Account Management team.
  • Improve operational efficiency and productivity across the team.
  • Ensure the smooth and accurate execution of daily and monthly objectives.
  • Monitor communication between Account Managers and Clients, ensuring appropriate training is provided when required.

Direct Client Communication:

  • Provide clients with accurate information regarding the company's trading platform, products, and services.
  • Offer technical assistance, including support with deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain a positive client experience and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed the company's strategic objectives within the scope of the relevant license(s).
  • Work with specialized CRM and client service software, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Attend ongoing training and development sessions related to client services.
  • Report any suspicious client behavior or transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer.

Requirements, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven people management and leadership abilities.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role or within a relevant industry.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure within a target-oriented setting.
  • Capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Fluent in Italian or Swedish.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to successfully complete any required local regulatory certification.
