Operations Clerk

 Job Description:

Our client, a well-established company in the construction sector, is currently seeking a reliable and organised Operations Clerk to support their day-to-day operational and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations and site teams

  • Handle documentation related to projects, suppliers, and subcontractors

  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and tracking of site activities

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports

  • Process invoices, delivery notes, and basic procurement documentation

  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments

  • Ensure tasks are completed in line with company procedures and deadlines

Requirements

  • Must be currently living in Malta

  • Previous experience in an operations or administrative role (construction industry experience is considered an asset)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Good written and spoken English (Maltese is an asset)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
