Operations Clerk
Job Description:
Our client, a well-established company in the construction sector, is currently seeking a reliable and organised Operations Clerk to support their day-to-day operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the operations and site teams

Handle documentation related to projects, suppliers, and subcontractors

Assist with scheduling, coordination, and tracking of site activities

Maintain accurate records, files, and reports
-
Process invoices, delivery notes, and basic procurement documentation

Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
-
Ensure tasks are completed in line with company procedures and deadlines
Requirements
-
Must be currently living in Malta
-
Previous experience in an operations or administrative role (construction industry experience is considered an asset)

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Good written and spoken English (Maltese is an asset)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
