Front Office Supervisor
Job Description:
Our client, part of a contemporary and guest-focused hotel group in St Julians, is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Front Office team in a dynamic boutique hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all Front Office activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Lead, train, motivate, and coach Front Office team members.

Greet, welcome, and assist guests professionally from arrival to departure.

Handle guest enquiries, concerns, and feedback with tact and resolution.

Monitor reservations, room allocations, and occupancy levels.

Ensure accuracy of billing and cashiering procedures, including end-of-shift reconciliation.

Contribute to creating a positive and guest-centric atmosphere.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, packages, promotions and local attractions.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
Requirements

Previous experience in Front Office operations; supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.

Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
