What you will do
- Manage and monitor online adverts through Google Adwords and social media advertising platforms for lead generation and increase company and brand awareness
- Creating multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email to drive customer acquisition.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM Rush, etc.)
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Continuously seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Continually look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation, new tools/technology, etc.
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

What we expect from you
- 2 or 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (must - C1 at least)
- Excellent understanding of digital inbound marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Knowledge and experiences of marketing automation and email marketing
- Knowledge and experiences of internet pay-per-click advertising campaigns including the strategy, design, implementation and analysis of ad performance
- Knowledge and experiences of web analytics tools, such as Google analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
