E‑Commerce Project Manager / Digital Marketing Integrator
About the Company
Outsource Ability is recruiting on behalf of our client, a rapidly scaling, self‑funded D2C supplement brand operating in a fast‑paced, experimentation‑driven environment. The company thrives on rapid execution. They are seeking a highly experienced digital operator who can bring structure, clarity, and accountability to their marketing ecosystem.
The Opportunity
The Founder drives high‑level strategy—identifying opportunities, mapping growth, shaping marketing angles, and defining priorities. A full execution team is already in place (media buyers, designers, creative strategists, editors, influencer managers, and customer service).
What the business needs now is the Integrator: the operational lead who ensures ideas become reality, campaigns launch on time, and the marketing machine runs smoothly and predictably.
What You Will Do
- Translate Direction Into Action
- Convert rapid strategic directives into organised, detailed project plans using tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
- Create Clear, Effective Briefs
- Produce concise, actionable briefs for developers, designers, editors, and media buyers to ensure efficiency and eliminate ambiguity.
- Drive Daily Accountability
- Manage deadlines, check progress, remove blockers, and ensure the execution team delivers without requiring constant Founder intervention.
- Own Final QA
- Review all deliverables before launch—checking copy, links, tracking, layout, and overall functionality.
- Ensure Completion
- Close the loop confidently with the update the Founder values most: It's live.
Who We're Looking For
- A True Operator
- Someone who takes pride in execution, systems, and operational excellence—not someone seeking a strategic Head of Marketing role.
- Highly Organised & Process‑Driven
- You thrive in fast‑moving, high‑change environments and know how to turn chaos into structure.
- D2C / E‑Commerce Experienced
- You understand how the ecosystem fits together: Klaviyo flows, Meta/TikTok assets, landing pages, creative pipelines, and performance‑driven workflows.
- Low Ego, High Output
- Clear, direct communication and a strong sense of ownership define how you work.
Role Details
- Location: Remote
- Reports To: UK‑based Founder
- Availability: Up to 30‑day notice acceptable; immediate start strongly preferred
Mandatory Remote Work Requirements
As this is a fast‑paced remote position, candidates must have:
- Their own laptop and headset, capable of running productivity and marketing software efficiently.
- A reliable power supply (solar, UPS, or inverter) to ensure uninterrupted workflow — load‑shedding cannot be used as an excuse for missed deadlines.
- A stable, high‑speed internet connection, suitable for cloud‑based applications and real‑time communication.
