Outsource Ability is excited to offer a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant position. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who excels in providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle communication with clients, vendors, and team members in a professional manner.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for easy access.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Technical Skills: Must have a reliable solar and/or UPS system, a headset, and a laptop/computer to perform tasks effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for effective communication and collaboration.
- Work Environment: A quiet location to work from, ensuring minimal distractions during work hours.
- Internet Connection: Fast and reliable internet is required to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
- Tax Responsibilities: As this is an international remote role, candidates must be prepared to file their own taxes.
