Outsource Ability is excited to announce a full-time Graphic Designer position for a dynamic e-commerce brand in the health and wellness industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual who is passionate about design and eager to contribute to a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Design promotional materials, including banners, advertisements, and email templates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually enhance the brand's visual identity.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in graphic design, specifically using Canva.
• Social Media Expertise: At least 2 years of experience creating social media posts that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Technical Skills: Must have a reliable solar and/or UPS system, a headset, and a laptop/computer to perform tasks effectively.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for collaboration and content creation.
• Work Environment: A quiet location to work from, ensuring minimal distractions during work hours.
• Internet Connection: Fast and reliable internet is required to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
• Tax Responsibilities: As this is an international remote role, candidates must be prepared to file their own taxes.
