Outsource Ability Ltd is a recruitment agency specializing in connecting talented individuals with leading companies in the health and wellness sector. We are currently seeking a creative and skilled Short-Form Social Media Video Editor for a prominent health and wellness brand based in the UK.

Role Overview

As a Short-Form Social Media Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing engaging short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling videos that resonate with the audience and align with the brand's values. This is a fully remote position, and you will need to have the necessary equipment and a stable internet connection to perform your duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Edit and produce short-form social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that captures the essence of the brand and engages the audience.
• Voice-Over and Text Overlays: Work comfortably with voice-over overlays and dynamic on-screen text to enhance video storytelling.
• AI-Generated Content: Utilize AI tools to create approximately 90% of content from scratch, including images, video, and B-roll, while also incorporating raw assets.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas that align with the brand strategy.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets quality standards and is delivered on time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in editing short-form social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) 4+ years.
• Proficient in using video editing software and tools.
• Comfortable working with voice-over overlays and dynamic on-screen text.
• Some experience with AI-generated content (images, video, B-roll).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Must have a reliable laptop/computer, headset, and a good stable internet connection.
• Must have Solar or a UPS to ensure uninterrupted work.
• Ability to manage your own taxes as this role is for a UK company and is technically classed as Freelance. Although, the role is permanent on-going.
