Outsource Ability, on behalf of our client, a well-established UK-based property management company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day property management operations across a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants, owners, and service providers
- Manage maintenance requests, follow up on work orders, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Assist with lease administration, renewals, and documentation
- Maintain accurate property records, databases, and filing systems
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for quotes and service delivery
- Support rent collection processes and follow up on arrears where required
- Conduct routine property inspections and report on findings
- Assist with compliance requirements, including health and safety regulations
- Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., MRI, Propertyware, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is advantageous
