In this part-time role, you will be responsible for booking appointments with inbound leads, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement: Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally, providing information about the agency's services and understanding their needs.
• Appointment Scheduling: Effectively schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to client.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on appointment bookings and lead engagement metrics to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• Must have your own laptop/computer, headset, and a stable internet connection.
• A reliable power source, such as a solar charger or UPS, to ensure uninterrupted work.
