Outsource Ability is excited to offer a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant position for a UK-based e-commerce brand. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who excels in providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle communication with clients, vendors, and team members in a professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for easy access.
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Technical Skills: Must have a reliable solar and/or UPS system, a headset, and a laptop/computer to perform tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work Environment: A quiet location to work from, ensuring minimal distractions during work hours.
  • Internet Connection: Fast and reliable internet is required to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
  • Tax Responsibilities: As this is an international remote role, candidates must be prepared to file their own taxes.
