Objectives of this role:
Provide a central point of contact for all client communications and project management
Maintain visibility and organization across projects, tasks, and client interactions
Support lead generation activities, including cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and proposal development
Ensure clear project planning, scope definition, and delivery alignment with client expectations
Responsibilities:
Communicate daily with clients to provide updates, address questions, and gather feedback or assets
Plan project scope, define deliverables, and create timelines that align with business and client needs
Manage tasks, resources, and deadlines using tools such as Monday.com, Slack, JIRA, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Serve as the “face” of the company, representing the organization in a professional, personable, and empathetic manner
Assist in writing, reviewing, and managing client proposals
Support lead generation activities (cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, CRM updates, Mailchimp campaigns)
Ensure processes and workflows are well-documented, efficient, and continuously improved
Required skills and qualifications:
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability in project planning and resource/task management
Proficiency with project and communication tools (Monday.com, Slack, JIRA, Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM, Mailchimp)
Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposal writing
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing client needs and project requirements
Personable, patient, and empathetic when working with clients and stakeholders
Preferred skills and qualifications (Nice to haves):
Prior experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
Basic understanding of software development and SaaS business models
Experience in workflow optimization and process improvement
