Shift Schedule: 10 AM-5 PM Central time (preferred latter part of the day)
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Executive Sales Assistant/Event Planner to support sales, client relations, and event execution. This role blends sales support, marketing, and hands-on event coordination—requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Objective of this role:
- Support sales efforts through lead follow-up and proposal creation
- Deliver exceptional client communication and relationship management
- Assist in planning and executing successful events
- Increase revenue through upselling and proposal optimization
- Maintain organized systems for client communication and event workflows
Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Relations
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify upsell opportunities and support sales conversion
Proposal & Presentation Creation
- Prepare visually appealing proposals and presentations using tools like Canva and Gamma
- Customize proposals based on client needs and event scope
- Support sales strategy through compelling presentation materials
Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist with event planning, timelines, and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Support onsite event setup and execution when needed
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with social media content and updates
- Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Support brand presence across digital platforms
CRM & Administrative Support
- Maintain and update CRM systems (Dusabo or similar)
- Track client communications and event progress
- Manage scheduling via Zoom and Google Meet
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or related industry (REQUIRED)
- Experience with Canva, Gamma, and presentation tools
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in sales support and upselling
- Ability to create professional proposals and presentations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Dusabo preferred)
- Experience with tools like Zoom and Google Meet
- Background in social media management or marketing
- Experience with event platforms such as Cvent
