ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Client Retention Manager with a strong background in client management and staffing agency operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals and KPIs are consistently met. You will collaborate closely with the Contractor Success Team to align client and contractor expectations, proactively resolve issues, drive client reviews, and continuously improve the overall client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Client Partnership:
    • Understand client business goals, key outcomes, and KPIs.

    • Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure client expectations are consistently met.

  2. Collaboration with Contractor Success Team:
    • Work directly with the Contractor Success Team to ensure both clients and contractors are aligned on expectations and deliverables.

  3. Issue Resolution:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns.

    • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions before problems escalate.

  4. Client Engagement and Satisfaction:
    • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure smooth collaboration.

    • Drive client reviews and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction.

    • Continuously improve the client experience by implementing learnings from feedback.

  5. Performance Oversight & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor client outcomes.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client success and satisfaction.

PRIMARY KPIs

  • Client Retention: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Client Satisfaction: Continuously improve client experience through feedback and actionable insights.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client or account management, ideally in staffing agencies or recruitment services.

  • Proven track record managing multiple client accounts and driving client satisfaction.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships remotely.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.

  • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
