We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics/Warehousing Operations & Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and provide direct assistance to the President. This role involves monitoring communications, coordinating with teams, managing data entry, and ensuring seamless task execution across multiple business divisions, including warehousing, logistics, and customer service.

Objectives of this role:
Ensure daily operational tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Provide direct administrative and organizational support to the President.
Act as a liaison across multiple teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely follow-ups.
Deliver accurate reporting and updates on tasks, priorities, and pending items.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes, drafting and responding to communications as needed.
Enter data accurately into cloud-based systems, ensuring minimal errors.
Organize and streamline daily tasks across warehousing, logistics, and customer service operations.
Follow up with teams (approx. 10 team members) to identify support needs and ensure task completion.
Provide daily reports to leadership summarizing progress, pending tasks, and key priorities.
Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate scheduling and timely customer responses.
Assist with customer inquiries when necessary, providing professional and timely support.
Required skills and qualifications:
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
Calm, focused, and detail-oriented under pressure.
Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment, and dual-monitor setup.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations (not required but an advantage).
Familiarity with industry-specific terminology.
Experience implementing organizational improvements in prior roles.
