We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and strategic Social Media Specialist to take ownership of content scheduling, social media calendar management, creator and ambassador partnerships, post publishing, and engagement analysis across platforms.

Objectives of this role:

  • Take ownership of social media activity from strategy to executionincluding scheduling, posting, engagement, and performance reporting.

  • Maintain a strong and engaging presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Manage the ambassador program to drive user-generated content (UGC) and strengthen brand advocacy.

  • Support audience growth through consistent, trend-aware strategies that increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and execute a social media deployment calendar aligned with the marketing and content strategy.

  • Post content consistently across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring timeliness and brand alignment.

  • Repurpose user-generated content and internal assets, with occasional creation of unique content for promotions or special campaigns.

  • Suggest hooks, trends, and engagement tactics to build reach, boost engagement, and support lead/customer acquisition.

  • Manage the ambassador program through LoudCrowd, reviewing and curating UGC, engaging with contributors, and aligning gifting with content needs.

  • Analyze performance metrics via native tools and third-party platforms, preparing monthly reports with actionable insights.

  • Collaborate closely with the content and design team to ensure alignment with brand identity and overall marketing goals.

  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and direct messages.

  • Edit existing visual assets for social media use, ensuring consistency in brand aesthetics.


Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management and content execution.

  • Proven experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.

  • Strong written English skills; able to write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy.

  • Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Insights, etc.).

  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Reliable internet connectivity and ability to work remotely with the team.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, or similar).

  • Familiarity with TikTok advertising and paid social boosting strategies.

  • Experience working with consumer product brands, preferably in the baby or maternity industry.

  • Understanding of both B2B and B2C social strategies.

Ideal Preferences

  • Empathetic understanding of the target audienceideally someone who is or has been a parent.

  • Female candidates active on social media personally, with strong awareness of current trends.

  • Self-starter with initiative, adaptable to changes in platforms, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

  • Previous experience working with US or European brands in a similar target market.
