Objectives of this role:
Deliver impactful creative assets that enhance brand identity and marketing campaigns.
Manage creative workflows to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables across multiple brands.
Provide innovative design solutions to support promotions, web presence, and internal communications.
Responsibilities:
Produce creative materials including logos, marketing collateral, and promotional designs.
Edit and design PowerPoint presentations for client and internal use.
Support web design projects to ensure a polished, user-friendly online presence.
Edit and produce videos for marketing, promotional, and brand storytelling purposes.
Manage and execute creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Required skills and qualifications:
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proven creative and design expertise across logos, marketing materials, and web content.
Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint).
Experience designing for multi-brand portfolios.
Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and hardworking with a track record of meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Previous experience in the real estate industry, particularly in creative & marketing roles.
Familiarity with promotional campaign design and execution.
Strong video editing capabilities.
Ability to bring innovative ideas and solutions to enhance branding and marketing initiatives.
