Job title: Junior Recruiter / Sourcer

Type of employment: Full-time (Remote)

Budget: $4/hr - $7/hr

Shift Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (flexible)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter / Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will help identify and connect with top talent, support our clients’ hiring needs, and contribute to building an organized and efficient recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the recruiting field, with potential career progression into a Junior Recruiter or full-desk Recruiter role.

Objectives of this role:

  • To source, engage, and attract qualified candidates for clients while maintaining an organized and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential candidates for various roles using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.

  • Collect and manage candidate resumes and information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Maintain accurate records and stay organized throughout the recruiting process.

  • Support the team in achieving client hiring goals.

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to team learning.

  • Stay motivated to learn and grow within the recruiting field.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Coachable and willing to learn

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Hardworking and self-motivated

  • Understanding of client needs

  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter training provided)

  • Familiarity with Outlook

  • Able to navigate and manage multiple windows / dual-monitor setup

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Previous recruiting or sourcing experience (not required)

  • Experience with Crelate ATS (training provided if needed)

  • Motivated by performance and measurable results

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Interest in career growth toward Junior Recruiter or full-desk recruiting role
