We are seeking a motivated and growth-focused B2B Sales Development Representative to support company growth through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and relationship management. This role focuses on researching new customer opportunities, nurturing leads, and initiating outreach to acquire new customers for our client.

Objectives of this role:
To drive company growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing new customer opportunities through research, CRM management, and proactive outreach.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential new customers, dealers, and strategic partners
Add and maintain accurate prospect and customer data within the CRM
Conduct initial outreach to prospects via email and phone
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship management
Support business development initiatives focused on expanding market reach
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation and outreach performance
Required skills and qualifications:
Strong data-driven decision-making abilities
CRM proficiency with experience managing and nurturing leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent Office Suite tools
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales
Industry experience within marine, manufacturing, or related sectors is a plus but not required
Familiarity with structured sales pipelines and reporting
