We are looking for a disciplined, resilient Cold Caller to support outbound calling efforts for a New York–based real estate business. This role focuses on high-volume cold calling, accurate data collection, and qualified appointment support—not aggressive sales tactics. Success requires emotional control, script discipline, and consistent execution in a rejection-heavy environment.

Objectives of this role:
To conduct daily outbound cold calls using approved scripts
To gather accurate prospect information and identify qualified opportunities
To support appointment setting while maintaining clean, compliant call data
Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume outbound cold calls with consistency and professionalism
Follow call scripts exactly and understand the purpose behind each line
Handle core objections confidently without over-explaining or improvising
Maintain a neutral-to-confident speaking tone without sounding salesy or timid
Handle a core set of objections confidently, including:
“Not interested”
“Already have an agent”
“Just looking”
“Call me later”
Avoid over-explaining, defending, or improvising prematurely
Maintain emotional control and steady energy from the first call to the last
Listen more than talk—identify hesitation, emotion, and useful intel
Capture accurate notes, tags, and outcomes quickly in spreadsheets or CRM
Maintain fast call pacing without sacrificing accuracy or organization
Reset immediately after rejection and move to the next call without lag
Apply coaching feedback without ego and adjust immediately
Show consistent daily output even during slow or repetitive periods
Uphold compliance standards and ethical messaging at all times
Required skills and qualifications:
Clear, confident speaking voice with clean articulation
Strong English communication skills with no heavy accent
Thick skin and emotional control under frequent rejection
Patience, persistence, and consistency in repetitive work
Ability to sound the same on call #1 and call #100
Some prior cold calling or outbound calling experience (required)
Strong listening skills with attention to detail
Discipline to follow scripts before earning flexibilit
Ability to handle core objections calmly and confidently
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience using phone systems or dialers
Comfort working independently without constant supervision
Preferred skills and qualifications
College degree (preferred, not required)
Basic project management or task-tracking skills
Experience working with CRMs
Familiarity with U.S.-based calling environments, especially NYC
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Ability to maintain respectful but direct communication style
