This is an administrative and customer support role to assist the sales team and business owner by managing the CRM, organizing events, handling customer communications, and taking care of various administrative tasks. Objective of this role:

  • The goal of this role is to provide seamless support to the sales team and business owner by managing leads, tracking payments, coordinating events, and handling admin tasks. You will help streamline daily operations, boost lead engagement, and ensure everything runs efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the business owner and sales team

  • Manage the company's CRM, including:
    • Updating lead information

    • Generate warm leads and set meetings for the sales team

    • Maintaining customer records

  • Handle inventory management, including:
    • Updating orders

    • Processing payments

    • Coordinating with the warehouse

  • Assist with event planning and logistics, such as:
    • Coordinating with the sales team

    • Managing event details

    • Ensuring smooth execution

  • Provide general administrative support, such as:
    • Answering phone calls

    • Transferring calls to the appropriate team members

    • Maintaining Excel files and other records

  • Follow up with clients for feedback and relationship-building

  • Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or office management role

  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette

  • Friendly, proactive, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone

  • Proven experience with event & calendar management and lead generation

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Zoho One CRM, G Suite, Office Suite, and Adobe Suite

  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and integrity in handling client and business matters

  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently and take initiative

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated office space

Nice to have:

  • Ability to create reels for social media platforms

  • Experience in video editing
