As a Sales Specialist at Outsource Recruiter, you will focus on conducting discovery calls to understand client needs, closing deals to deliver customized recruitment solutions, and nurturing prospective leads to build lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs, qualify leads, and present Outsource Recruiters' services effectively.
  • Develop tailored recruitment solutions, negotiate contracts, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain engagement with prospective leads through consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
  • Collecting comprehensive client information to ensure a seamless handover to the account manager.
  • Managing CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to produce excellent results, embodying our core value of Synergy.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Professional, approachable, and leaves a strong impression during discovery calls.
  • Proven sales track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Proactive in identifying client needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Customer-focused, handles concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Skilled in prospecting, qualifying, and assessing client fit.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment or outsourcing sales, with knowledge of staffing solutions and processes.
  • Familiar with CRM management and maintaining accurate client data.
  • Proficient in tools like Manatal (or similar ATS), HubSpot, and CRMs.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing structured deals.
  • Quick to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proactive and eager to learn and improve continuously.
  • Results-driven, focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Preference for candidates who thrive on commission and have the potential to earn PHP 150K+ per month through closed deals.
