Budget: $4/hr - $6/hr 

Shift Schedule: Between 8 AM - 8 PM EST (Not a full 12 hour shift - it has some flexibility depending on
peak hours - Weekends included)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on outbound sales efforts to promote and sell our mosquito and pest control services to residents in South Florida. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and driven to meet sales goals through phone calls, emails, and appointment setting.

Objective of this role:

  • Drive new business growth through outbound prospecting and sales

  • Close sales and book appointments for mosquito and pest control services

  • Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and send targeted sales emails to South Florida residents

  • Promote and close sales for mosquito and pest control services

  • Book client appointments directly into the companys calendar

  • Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

  • Identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities beyond the provided lists

  • Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-first attitude

  • Collaborate with the business owner and field technicians as needed

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or sales development roles

  • Strong closing skills and persuasive communication ability

  • Confident, articulate, and well-spoken over the phone

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Resilient and able to handle objections effectively

  • Comfortable using phone dialers and basic sales software tools

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience in the pest control, home services, or related industries

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Sales training or certifications

  • Energetic, friendly, and adaptable personality
