Objectives of this role:

  • Support ongoing recruitment for insurance agents

  • Assist with scheduling interviews and sales appointments

  • Manage outreach and communications through phone, email, and online platforms

  • Help build and maintain a strong candidate and lead pipeline

Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools

  • Conduct cold calls and send outreach emails to prospects

  • Schedule interviews and follow-ups through Outlook and other communication tools

  • Support the sales process by assisting with client communications and appointment setting

  • Learn and use Aflacs proprietary platforms (training provided)

  • Report directly to the supervisor and provide regular updates on activities and progress

  • Contribute to meeting monthly sales and recruitment targets

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment, sales, or administrative roles

  • Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal

  • Outgoing and well-spoken personality

  • Fast learner and computer savvy

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Reliable internet connection and computer

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Background in insurance or sales is a plus

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Outlook, LinkedIn, Indeed

  • Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting
