The Property Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating rental property showings, onboarding new tenants in Buildium, managing daily communications with tenants and property owners, and overseeing repair schedules.

An experienced realtor and the owner of a real estate brokerage. In addition to serving buyers and sellers, we actively manage a portfolio of rental properties, which includes both long-term residential units and short-term Airbnb rentals.

Objectives of this role:

  • The main objective of the Property Management Coordinator role is to efficiently manage rental property operations, including tenant onboarding, scheduling repairs, and daily communication with tenants and property owners, ensuring smooth property management and high tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate rental property showings
  • Handle tenant placement, screening, and onboarding
  • Manage daily communication with tenants and property owners
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance for the properties
  • Organize quotes and invoices
  • Provide daily updates on property operations
  • Collaborate with leasing agents and partners

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of real estate or property management experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Hands-on experience with Buildium: Property Management Software
  • Familiarity with tools like RingCentral, WhatsApp, Calendly, Gsuite, Canva, and ClickUp
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a VPN
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes
