The Prospect Caller plays a vital role in initiating outbound outreach efforts to prospective clients in the financial advisory space. This role is focused on generating appointments for the firm’s Portfolio Strategists by sending email introductions and following up with scheduled phone calls. The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, and comfortable speaking with a neutral or American accent. The ability to communicate value clearly and professionally over the phone is key to success in this position.

Objectives of this role:
Proactively engage prospective financial advisors through email and phone outreach to introduce the firm’s complimentary Portfolio Optimization service, aiming to schedule qualified Zoom appointments with Portfolio Strategists.
Contribute to the growth of the firm’s sales pipeline by consistently meeting outreach targets, maintaining detailed activity records, and driving a high appointment show rate.
Responsibilities
Send introductory emails and follow up with timely phone calls.
Effectively communicate the value of a portfolio review and encourage recipients to schedule a meeting.
Utilize Calendly to schedule meetings directly on the Portfolio Strategists’ calendars.
Speak confidently with prospective clients using clear, enthusiastic, and professional language.
Handle objections gracefully, reframe conversations, and keep the focus on setting appointments.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity using Excel or other tracking tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Clear and neutral or American accent.
Experience in customer service or appointment setting.
Strong phone presence and the ability to quickly build rapport.
Proficient with email tools and scheduling platforms like Calendly.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in financial services or working with investment professionals is a plus.
Basic understanding of mutual funds or portfolio management (training provided).
Familiarity with RingCentral or other VoIP tools.
Prior use of Excel or CRM systems to track lead engagement.
