Objective of this role:
To build and maintain a strong and consistent online presence across multiple platforms by creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, supporting e-commerce and course platforms, and driving lead generation efforts that contribute to the growth of the businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and publish a variety of content (videos, posts, graphics) across all platforms
- Respond to comments and messages to build meaningful community interactions
- Track and report on social media performance, including engagement metrics, leads, and top-performing content
- Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and basic client coordination
- Provide support for Thinkific online courses (uploading and managing course content)
- Conduct geotagging, implement basic SEO strategies, and perform competitor research and analysis
- Support lead generation efforts, including researching and contacting possible leads
- Handle general administrative duties and provide customer support when needed
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools such as Jane, Google Workspace, Trello/ClickUp, Later/Metricool, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.
- Comfortable handling multiple admin tasks in a structured and timely manner
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Friendly, bubbly personality with a positive attitude
- Customer service-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a beauty and aesthetic clinic
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or HubSpot CRM
- Able to communicate in French
