The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing and supporting the moving parts of marketing operations. This role is primarily focused on data management, quality assurance, and coordination of marketing initiatives across digital, direct mail, and vendor-supported campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working with technology tools while maintaining a balance of speed and quality in deliverables.

Objectives of this role:
Improve speed and quality of marketing program execution through effective coordination and oversight
Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing data, lists, and public-facing information
Support communication between internal teams, external vendors, and partners to streamline marketing activities
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage marketing activities across direct mail, digital campaigns, and outreach events
Maintain and update marketing data, including clinic directories, mailing lists, and online presence portals
Conduct quality assurance on marketing materials, list exports, and vendor deliverables.
Support scheduling and organization of marketing events, campaigns, and timelines
Act as the first point of contact for external vendors and partners, ensuring they receive necessary assets and information
Track and report campaign performance and vendor outputs to the Marketing Lead
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and field employees to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Assist in managing creative deliverables, including review of graphic design and copy (portfolio reviews required where applicable)
Required skills and qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or related role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality assurance
Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and use various marketing tools and cloud-based platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between tasks effectively
Open to feedback, with a growth mindset and commitment to follow-through
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience in healthcare, retail, or service-based industries
Background in data analysis, reporting, or marketing performance tracking
Familiarity with direct mail campaigns, list management, and vendor coordination
