Job Title: Graphic Designer

Type of employment: Part-time

Shift Schedule: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST

We are seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer to deliver original artwork, produce clear visual mockups, and support the full design process for custom team apparel. With the company moving into a higher-quality manufacturing partnership, this role is essential in helping take the business to the next level by providing consistent design output, fast revisions, and strong communication. The Designer will work closely with the owner to bring creative concepts to life and maintain the responsiveness and reliability needed to keep projects moving smoothly.

Objective of This Role:

  • To deliver high-quality, original designs and timely revisions that support the company's creative vision and contribute to taking the business to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Execution

  • Create original artwork for custom clothing and team apparel.

  • Produce visual mockups that clearly represent design concepts.

  • Provide quick and accurate revisions based on feedback.

  • Maintain alignment with brand direction and contribute creative ideas.

Communication & Workflow

  • Maintain consistent communication with the owner and respond promptly to messages and updates.

  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of design deliverables.

  • Collaborate effectively to keep projects moving smoothly.

Tools & Daily Use:

  • Use Gmail and Google Workspace for communication and task coordination.

  • Work within Printavo (training provided) to support design workflows.

  • Create artwork and mockups using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

  • Ability to create clean, accurate mockups for apparel.

  • Strong capability to produce original and creative artwork tailored to clothing design.

  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on responsiveness.

  • Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

  • Experience using Gmail and Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in clothing design or the apparel industry.

  • Web design experience is a plus.

  • Strong creative thinking and artistic versatility.

  • Familiarity with Printavo (or willingness to learn).
