About the Role

Outsource Recruiter is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for technical, leadership, and executive roles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling multiple requisitions at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, leadership, and niche roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach
• Conduct screenings and assessments
• Maintain candidate records in Manatal CRM
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Track tasks and recruitment progress using Asana
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
• Strong background in technical, leadership, and executive hiring
• Ability to source hard-to-find and specialized talent
• Experience using Manatal or other recruitment systems
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Able to handle multiple job openings simultaneously
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for remote or outsourced roles serving US and Canadian clients.
