Job title:  Outbound Sales Manager

Type of employment:  Full-time (Remote) 45 hours a week

Budget:  $10 - $15/hr (base pay) + bonuses and incentives after 90 days

Shift Schedule: 9 AM 7 PM EST (10-hour shift with a flexible 1-hour break)

Were seeking a motivated and disciplined Outbound Sales Manager to lead and support a growing outbound sales team of three. This role blends hands-on outbound work with people management, ensuring team members perform at their best while maintaining operational excellence.

In the first 3 months, youll master the outbound process and company systems. By month 6, youll be conducting 1:1s, leading QA reviews, and identifying process improvements that drive efficiency and performance.

Objectives of this role:

  • Master outbound systems and processes within the first 3 months.

  • Provide strong management and support to the outbound team, ensuring adherence to company processes.

  • Conduct QA, track KPIs, and implement efficiency improvements.

  • Handle regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance reviews by month 6.

  • Drive consistent team performance aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to live leads daily qualifying, comping, and preparing offers.

  • Lead, coach, and hold Business Development Representatives (BDRs) accountable through daily check-ins and weekly performance reviews.

  • Audit outbound messages, offers, and tagging to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.

  • Track KPIs and report weekly insights and results to leadership.

  • Support the continuous growth and efficiency of the outbound sales function.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing at least 5+ direct reports.

  • Background in outbound communication (sales, appointment setting, or customer service).

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment with clear communication and self-discipline.

  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistency and focus.

  • Noise-canceling headset and reliable internet connection (required).

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Real estate experience or familiarity with real estate lead generation.

  • Experience managing remote sales or outbound teams.

  • Intermediate Google Sheets or CRM data management skills.
