Objective of this role:

  • To design and execute data-driven Google Ads strategies that enhance visibility, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on investment for various service lines and target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Setup: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) aligned with business goals.

  • Keyword Research & Targeting: Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to ensure effective campaign reach.

  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine budgets, bids, and ad creatives to improve ROI and lead quality.

  • Conversion Tracking & Reporting: Set up tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Ads Conversion Tracking; produce clear monthly reports with insights and next steps.

  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to refine ad messaging and maintain a consistent, professional tone.

  • Market & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, privacy updates, and new ad formats to proactively adapt strategies.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Squarespace.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to campaign management and optimization.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Familiarity with the mental health industry or similar service-oriented sectors.
