Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
About the Role
We're hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to own inventory planning, project execution, and operational coordination across the business. This role is the operational backbone - ensuring inventory is planned months ahead, projects move forward without bottlenecks, and leadership has clear visibility into what's happening and what's next.
This is not a corporate oversight role. The right candidate works independently, keeps systems and people organized, asks clarifying questions early, and drives execution without handholding.
About the Employer
The client is a creative eCommerce brand centered on the art of needle felting, offering beginner-friendly kits, tools, and supplies that help customers create joyful, handmade wool projects.
