Job Title: Operations Manager (Inventory & Project Management)

Type of Employment: Full-time (Remote)

Rate: $5-8 per hour

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to own inventory planning, project execution, and operational coordination across the business. This role is the operational backbone - ensuring inventory is planned months ahead, projects move forward without bottlenecks, and leadership has clear visibility into what's happening and what's next.

This is not a corporate oversight role. The right candidate works independently, keeps systems and people organized, asks clarifying questions early, and drives execution without handholding.

About the Employer

The client is a creative eCommerce brand centered on the art of needle felting, offering beginner-friendly kits, tools, and supplies that help customers create joyful, handmade wool projects.

The brand blends creativity with operational discipline, delivering thoughtfully designed, durable products while operating as a lean, contractor-style team. Ownership, trust, and execution matter more than hierarchy.

Company Core Values

  • Craftsmanship & Creativity - Celebrating the joy of handmade creation
  • Joyful Customer Experience - Products that delight and inspire makers
