TIKTOK AFFILIATE ADMINISTRATOR — 1 Position Available

Outsource-X is a professional outsourcing company connecting skilled individuals with leading businesses. This role will see you working directly with one of our clients in the e-commerce industry, supporting their growing creative and marketing operations.

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Affiliate Administrator to help manage and grow our client's affiliate programme. This is a hands-on administrative role covering creator outreach, onboarding, community management, and payment processing — playing a key part in keeping the affiliate programme running smoothly day to day.

What you'll be doing:

Creator Outreach

• Work from target lists and outreach templates to contact prospective creators via email and social DMs
• Introduce the affiliate programme and drive creator applications
• Log all outreach activity and track response rates in the CRM

Creator Onboarding and Support

• Act as the first point of contact for all creator queries from application through to activation
• Guide approved creators through onboarding and ensure they have everything needed to post
• Manage the creator community (Discord/WhatsApp) and escalate complex queries when needed

Payment Administration

• Compile payment reports from CRM and tracking data at the end of each payment period
• Reconcile commission against confirmed orders, apply returns windows, and prepare payment runs for approval
• Maintain accurate records of all commission payments and flag any discrepancies

What you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop's Seller Center and affiliate management tools
• Experience managing creator relationships and community platforms
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around data and payment records
• Proficiency with CRM tools and spreadsheet-based reporting
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Knowledge of TikTok's affiliate policies and best practices

Demonstrated TikTok back-end experience required: You must be able to show clear, verifiable experience working within TikTok Shop's affiliate admin tools.
