Job Title: Inbound Sales Team Leader
Location: Somerset West
Shift: Rotational 8-hour shifts between 13:00 and 23:00
Salary: R18,000 + Night Shift Allowance + Sunday Pay (if applicable)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Inbound Sales Team Leader to oversee a medium to large team of inbound sales and reservations agents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about sales performance, and can effectively lead and motivate a team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of inbound sales/reservations agents
- Monitor team performance against KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Handle escalations and support agents in resolving complex customer queries
- Ensure adherence to schedules, policies, and operational standards
- Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve results
- Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within a contact center or reservations environment
- Strong understanding of inbound sales processes and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a medium to large team effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including evenings and Sundays (if required)
