Operations & Team Coordinator
We’re looking for someone dependable, confident, and growth-minded to step into a high-ownership operations role within a fast-growing networking business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys running the day-to-day, managing people, communicating with external partners, and growing into a bigger role over time.
What This Role Looks Like
You’ll start by overseeing internal workflows and keeping the team on track. As you settle in, you’ll become more outward-facing speaking with venues, sponsors, photographers, and partners and ultimately running our recurring networking events independently.
Long term, this role grows with the business as we expand into new verticals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing daily team output and keeping work organised
Providing feedback and light management support
Managing inboxes and communications
Speaking regularly with venues, sponsors, and partners
Representing the brand and building relationships
- Taking on new responsibilities as the business evolves
- 20 -+ Hours a month (Part Time)
Who This Is For
Someone with prior management or team-lead experience
Comfortable being on calls and representing a brand
Clear, neutral communicator
Organised, reliable, and proactive
Looking for a long-term role, not a short stop
Office: in Office position, Somerset West
