VIDEO EDITOR — 2 Positions Available
Outsource-X is a professional outsourcing company connecting skilled individuals with leading businesses. This role will see you working directly with one of our clients in the e-commerce industry, supporting their growing creative and marketing operations.
We are looking for two talented Video Editors to produce high-performing, conversion-driving video content for paid social channels, primarily Meta and TikTok. You'll work closely with the Video and Creative teams to review, edit, and deliver highly optimised advertising assets — supporting everything from localisation workflows to rapid creative iteration and AI-driven scaling.
This role is ideal for someone deeply passionate about short-form, performance-led creative who understands how to build thumb-stopping, data-informed videos engineered for acquisition. We want someone who brings ideas to the table and backs them up with data.
What you'll need:
- Strong experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Cloud
- A deep understanding of paid social content formats, especially for Meta and TikTok
- A performance-driven mindset — understanding how social audiences behave and how to influence them
- Experience editing and exporting multi-language versions of content
- Comfort with AI tools for voiceover, creative versioning, and editing workflows
- Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, or external partners
- Clear communication skills and a highly collaborative approach
Nice to have:
- Experience with Figma, CapCut, or other mobile-first editing tools
- Colour-grading experience (DaVinci or equivalent)
- Experience creating content specifically for TikTok Reels or Shorts
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation for paid social
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing and editing high-impact, social-first video content focused on driving new customer growth
- Editing and optimising content for paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Turning raw UGC and creator assets into compelling, conversion-optimised ads
- Creating animations and motion graphics that enhance paid social performance
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously across the full creative lifecycle — from brief to final export
- Staying ahead of paid social and creative trends and sharing insights with the wider team
Portfolio required: Please submit a portfolio or showreel with examples of your previous video work, ideally including paid social or performance-focused content. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
