About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Order Management Specialist to support an Australian business in the fitness industry, managing product enquiries, order processing, and after-sales support.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Australian customer support experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in weight training and gym equipment. You'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting smooth order fulfilment and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to product enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Support after-hours customer enquiries as needed
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns
  • Assist customers with product questions and recommendations

Order Management

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage order tracking and provide shipment updates
  • Coordinate delivery scheduling and customer communication
  • Support issue resolution relating to orders, returns, and fulfilment

Customer Experience Support

  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry through delivery
  • Handle escalations professionally and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Support continuous improvements in customer service processes

Requirements

  • 2–3 years supporting Australian customers
  • Experience in customer support, order management, or e-commerce support
  • Superior written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Genuine interest in fitness / weight training / gym equipment (important)
  • Must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of gym equipment during interview
