OutsourcedIn is partnering with an Australian client to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in WordPress website management, SEO, content strategy, and digital campaign execution.

This role focuses on managing and optimising WordPress websites, improving search rankings, driving online traffic, and supporting overall digital marketing growth.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of WordPress and SEO while also being capable of executing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing company WordPress websites, implementing SEO strategies, and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

This role requires both strategic marketing thinking and technical website management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management (WordPress)
Manage and maintain company WordPress websites, ensuring performance, security, and functionality
Update landing pages, blog content, and marketing pages within WordPress
Manage plugins, themes, updates, and troubleshoot website issues
Work with designers and developers to implement website improvements

SEO & Website Optimisation
Implement on-page SEO strategies including metadata, keyword optimisation, and internal linking
Optimise website structure and content for search rankings
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Identify opportunities to improve organic traffic and search visibility

Digital Campaign Management
Manage Google Ads campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
Support social media and email marketing campaigns
Improve conversion rates through landing page optimisation
Support lead generation strategies through digital channels

Content Strategy
Support content creation including blog posts, website copy, and case studies
Ensure content aligns with SEO strategy and audience targeting

Mandatory Requirements

3–5+ years digital marketing experience
Strong hands-on WordPress website management experience (ESSENTIAL)
Proven experience in SEO and website optimisation
Experience managing Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns
Understanding of website analytics and performance tracking

Highly Regarded

Experience using Elementor, WPBakery, or similar WordPress builders
Knowledge of technical SEO
Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM integrations
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website troubleshooting
