About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for recruitment and remote staffing services across the Australian market.
This role focuses on selling Filipino offshore talent solutions to Australian businesses experiencing hiring challenges, skill shortages, or high labour costs.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage Australian businesses with staffing and recruitment needs

Sell offshore staffing solutions across admin, customer service, finance, property, sales, marketing, and IT roles

Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs, budgets, and urgency

Position Filipino talent as a cost-effective and scalable solution

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and CRM

Provide clear handover notes to the recruitment team
Required Experience & Skills

2–5+ years experience in B2B sales or business development

Proven sales or BD experience with Australian companies in staffing/recruitment for Filipino talent

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working in a fully remote, target-driven environment
