About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist whose primary responsibility is to find Australian businesses that need remote staff across functions such as admin, bookkeeping, property management, customer service, digital marketing, lead generation, IT, and more.
This role drives new business growth by identifying companies experiencing staffing shortages, skill gaps, or high labour costs and introducing them to the benefits of offshore talent.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Identification Finding Businesses With Hiring Needs

Research Australian companies actively hiring or expanding.

Identify businesses with recurring admin, support, sales, marketing, IT, or accounting needs.

Target industries heavily using remote/outsourced roles:

Real estate & property management
-
Accounting & bookkeeping firms
-
Construction / building & design (estimators, draftsmen)
-
E-commerce & digital companies
-
Trades & service businesses
-
Professional services (legal, medical, consulting)
-

Build structured lead lists of businesses with hiring gaps or staffing pain points.
Outbound Lead Generation

Call and email businesses to identify staffing challenges and potential role gaps.

Qualify prospects by asking about:

Current hiring needs
-
Hard-to-fill roles
-
Budget constraints
-
Skills shortages
-
Overloaded internal teams
-
-
Position remote staffing as a cost-effective alternative.

Book meetings for the Recruitment Manager or Director.
CRM & Pipeline Management
-
Maintain accurate tracking of conversations, hiring needs, objections, and follow-ups.

Update pipeline stages from cold, warm, appointment, client.
-
Produce weekly reporting on lead volume and market trends.
Support to Recruitment Team

Provide clear handover notes: role required, skills needed, urgency, budget, pain points.

Assist in preparing candidate recommendations for early-stage clients.

Monitor progress of warm leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Required Experience & Skills
-
2-5 years experience in Lead Generation, Sales, Recruitment Support, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.

Experience dealing with Australian SMEs (preferred).

Comfortable calling business owners, HR managers, directors, and operations managers.

Strong research skills for identifying businesses with hiring activity.

Excellent English communication (verbal and written).

High level of organisation and CRM discipline.
Preferred (Not Essential)

Exposure to recruitment, outsourcing, BPO, or offshore staffing industry.

Understanding of job roles common to outsourcing such as:
