About the Role

The client is a fast-growing cleaning company providing high-quality commercial and industrial cleaning services across Australia. They are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help grow the business by identifying new opportunities, sourcing qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for long-term client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

  • Schedule and coordinate sales presentations or site walk-throughs with potential clients.

  • Develop and send customized cleaning service proposals.

  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Support the sales team in closing service agreements and preparing onboarding documents.

  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation or B2B sales, ideally within cleaning services, janitorial, or facility management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and lead-qualification skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume lead sourcing.

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (for AU meetings if required).

  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
