About the Role
The client is a fast-growing cleaning company providing high-quality commercial and industrial cleaning services across Australia. They are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help grow the business by identifying new opportunities, sourcing qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for long-term client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Schedule and coordinate sales presentations or site walk-throughs with potential clients.

Develop and send customized cleaning service proposals.

Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.

Support the sales team in closing service agreements and preparing onboarding documents.

Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
Qualifications

Proven experience in lead generation or B2B sales, ideally within cleaning services, janitorial, or facility management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and lead-qualification skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume lead sourcing.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (for AU meetings if required).

Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
