About the Role

OutsourcedIn is partnering with an Australian real estate agency to hire an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to support residential (and some commercial) sales, leasing, and property management teams.

This is a fully remote, home-based role focused on generating and qualifying leads, booking appointments, and supporting agents with a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Generate leads through online research, databases, social media, and inbound/outbound campaigns

  • Qualify potential clients for residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and SMS follow-ups to convert enquiries into appointments

Appointment Setting & Coordination

  • Book appointments for agents including appraisals, inspections, and sales or leasing discussions

  • Coordinate closely with sales, leasing, and property management teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

  • Track lead status, contact details, properties, and follow-up activities

Marketing Support

  • Assist with marketing campaigns aimed at attracting property owners, tenants, and investors

  • Support listing and promotional initiatives as required

About You

  • 2–3 years experience in Australian real estate lead generation, appointment setting, or telemarketing

  • Solid understanding of residential and commercial property sales, leasing, and rental processes

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple leads efficiently

  • Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or property-specific systems (preferred, not mandatory)

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with Australian real estate agencies

  • Familiarity with local property markets, tenant/landlord relationships, and agent workflows

  • NSW real estate exposure is an advantage
