About the Role

OutsourcedIn is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Administrator to provide remote project and contracts support across residential construction projects in New South Wales.

This role requires a highly capable residential construction professional with strong contracts administration and project coordination experience, able to work independently while supporting onshore Construction Managers, Site Supervisors, Directors, and external consultants.

This is a fully remote role, embedded within the clients project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (Remote Support)

  • Support residential projects from pre-construction through to completion

  • Assist with project programming, sequencing, and milestone tracking

  • Monitor construction progress and flag risks or delays

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

  • Provide regular project updates to NSW-based stakeholders

Contracts Administration

  • Administer HIA / MBA (NSW) residential building contracts

  • Prepare subcontract agreements, scopes of work, and purchase orders

  • Manage variations, EOTs, RFIs, and contractual correspondence

  • Track progress claims, payment schedules, and final accounts

  • Maintain accurate project and contract documentation

Cost Control & Financial Support

  • Maintain project budgets, cost plans, and cost-to-complete forecasts

  • Review subcontractor invoices and claims for accuracy and compliance

  • Assist with procurement comparisons and cost reporting

  • Identify cost risks and support value-engineering initiatives

Compliance & Handover (NSW)

  • Support NSW compliance documentation requirements

  • Assist with defect management, practical completion, and final handovers

  • Maintain structured digital filing systems for audits and compliance

About You

  • Has 8 years experience in Australian residential construction

  • Strong background in Project Management and Contracts Administration

  • Solid understanding of NSW residential construction processes and workflows

  • Able to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident working remotely with Australian construction teams

Preferred Qualifications & Systems

  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or similar

  • Experience with construction systems such as Procore, Aconex, Buildxact, Cheops, Jobpac, or similar

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
