Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with AU market trends
Build structured monthly content calendars
Plan campaign rollouts aligned with business objectives
Identify local audience targeting opportunities

Content Creation
Create engaging, conversion-focused content
Write compelling captions tailored to AU audiences
Oversee graphics and short-form video production
Maintain consistent brand voice

Platform Management
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (if applicable)
Ensure consistency across all channels

Paid Advertising
Manage Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
Build conversion-focused funnels
Optimise cost per lead (CPL)
Conduct A/B testing and campaign refinements

Analytics & Reporting
Track engagement, reach, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI
Provide monthly reporting with actionable insights
Optimise campaigns based on performance data

Community Engagement
Manage comments and inbox professionally
Monitor brand reputation
Engage with local audiences and relevant communities

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years Australian social media management experience
Strong understanding of Australian consumer behaviour
Experience using Meta Business Suite
Hands-on paid ads management experience
Canva or Adobe Suite proficiency
Strong copywriting skills
Data-driven mindset
