OutsourcedIn is partnering with an Australian-based business to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to support and grow its online presence. This role is responsible for managing WordPress websites, executing digital marketing strategies, and supporting client engagement through organic and paid channels.

The ideal candidate has strong WordPress and Excel skills, with hands-on experience in SEO, social media, CRM, and paid ads. This is a long-term, remote role suited to a proactive and highly organised digital marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update WordPress websites, including product uploads, landing pages, and blog content

  • Develop and implement organic SEO strategies to improve traffic and search rankings

  • Manage social media accounts, content scheduling, and audience engagement

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ads, particularly on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Create digital marketing assets using tools such as Canva

  • Monitor website, campaign, and ad performance using analytics and provide improvement recommendations

  • Handle CRM management, including client follow-ups and lead tracking

  • Perform data management and reporting, with strong use of Excel

  • Support internal systems such as ERP / Ready Sell platforms

  • Handle basic customer service / VA tasks, including email support and online inquiries

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns and initiatives

About You

  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing

  • Strong hands-on WordPress experience, including product uploads

  • Solid digital marketing background using tools like Canva

  • Experience in organic SEO and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid ads

  • Excel proficiency is essential for data management, tracking, and reporting

  • Experience with CRM systems, client follow-ups, and lead management

  • Exposure to ERP / Ready Sell systems and internal platforms

  • Experience managing social media accounts

  • Background in basic customer service / VA tasks, including email support

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup
