OutsourcedIn is partnering with an Australian-based business to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This role will lead digital marketing initiatives, enhance online presence, and drive customer engagement through effective WordPress and SEO strategies.

The ideal candidate has proven experience supporting Australian clients, strong WordPress expertise, and a track record of delivering measurable digital marketing results. Were looking for a proactive, creative, and organised professional capable of managing end-to-end marketing functions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update WordPress websites, landing pages, and blog content
• Develop and implement organic SEO strategies to boost traffic and rankings
• Plan and manage social media content, scheduling, and audience engagement
• Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics, with improvement recommendations
• Handle basic customer service/VA tasks such as email support and online inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns and initiatives

About You

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing (required)
• 1-2 years experience supporting Australian clients (required)
• Strong hands-on WordPress website management skills
• Solid background in organic SEO strategies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organised, creative, and able to work independently in a remote setup
